Small red flag or am I just overthinking the coordinator messages before All-on-6 Dental Implants?

I wrote down my questions last night and realised most of them are not medical questions, they are planning questions. For All-on-6 Dental Implants, I am trying to understand who I actually talk to after I land, whether the hotel is close enough if I feel tired, and what happens after I fly home. One clinic sent a clean PDF but avoided the follow-up part. Another clinic sent messy WhatsApp voice notes but answered every small question. I am not sure which one should make me more confident.

I would ask for the name or role of the person who handles messages after you fly home. Not a personal number maybe, but at least a clear channel and hours. For dental implants the waiting between visits can feel long, so knowing who answers follow-up questions is useful.
