Small red flag or am I just overthinking the coordinator messages before Breast Augmentation?

I would trust neither the clean PDF nor the voice notes alone. For breast augmentation, I wanted the important points typed out: pickup, hotel address, surgeon appointment, aftercare contact, and what to do if I had concerns after returning home. Messy communication can still be honest, but I would ask them to summarise everything in writing before paying a deposit.

I had the same dilemma. The voice notes would not bother me if they also confirmed the important parts in text afterwards. For surgery travel, I wanted a boring written checklist more than a glossy brochure: who meets me, who translates, hotel distance, review appointment, and the contact after I flew home. If they avoid follow-up completely, I would keep asking before sending money.
