I originally had implants and crowns fitted several years ago and loved the results. Recently, when one crown came loose, I went in expecting a quick fix. Instead, my dentist recommended replacing eight crowns to refine everything and I’m so glad I agreed. After three days of precise, skilled work, my smile looks absolutely perfect again. To my surprise, it was all fully covered by warranty. The staff were supportive, professional, and genuinely caring. Dentakay truly goes above and beyond!

At the consultation my dentist recommended replacing 8 crowns as they were very slightly imperfect… so after 3 days of skill and care and hard work I left with an absolutely perfect smile once more . All this was covered under their warranty . The staff were amazing . Bravo Dentakay !!

Yesterday I went to Estecenter to use one of the PRP + Mesotherapy sessions from the 3-session package I had purchased. However, as soon as I arrived, a staff member spoke to me in a very rude manner, claiming that I had not paid for the package. This was completely untrue, since I had already paid 7,000 TL in cash about a month ago for the full 3-session package, and I had even used one of the sessions at that time.Because their system did not show my payment, I was kept waiting for a long time while they tried to get confirmation from their accounting department. Eventually, they confirmed that the payment had indeed been made. Yet, not a single apology was offered for the stress and inconvenience they caused me.Due to this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment, I told them I no longer wished to continue my treatments there and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even the refund process was full of delays and contradictory statements.What shocked me even more was discovering that the person performing PRP and mesotherapy treatments was actually the same person working at the reception desk. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about safety and standards.In conclusion, I was completely dissatisfied with Estecenter’s services, will never return, and I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I thought sending photos in advance would cover everything, but the team recommended x-rays to ensure accuracy. They were transparent about the cost and took the time to explain why it mattered, which gave me confidence in their approach. After two appointments, the change is striking—my teeth look fantastic. The entire process was handled with great care, professionalism, and precision. I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the outcome.

They switched what doctors was doing my surgery and didn’t tell me, I didn’t know till I got there. They did not book me into the hotel I chose and paid for, instead they put me in a rundown hotel with horrible beds. They promise you a translator with be with you every step of the way but my translator didn’t show the day of my surgery. I paid to have a breast augmentation and lift but I was not happy with the results, I knew something wasn’t right. I had two different consultations with plastic surgeon once I got back home to Canada and was told by both doctors that the Turkish doctor did not do a lift at all so now I have to have another surgery and pay again for a breast lift. The turkeyana clinic charged me thousands of dollars for services I did not get, switched plastic surgeons on me without my knowledge and did not take care of me like they claim to do in there ads and websites. The hospital staff and doctors assistant were not friendly at all. It is now Sept 16 2025 and I still have not gotten any answers from Turkeyana Clinic.

Before my visit, I shared images of my teeth, thinking that would be enough. Once there, I learned x-rays were essential to plan the work properly, which added some unforeseen expenses. The staff was reassuring and professional throughout. After two sessions, my teeth look fantastic—better than I imagined. I truly appreciate their attention to detail.

My first visit was in February and although I’d had a consultation via WhatsApp and a telephone conversation you really need to have a x ray before you go and send it to them or you may have additional costs added because photos of your teeth are not enough to be able to assess the work needed to be done. So yeah bit of a price hike that I wasn’t prepared for and a lot more work than I expected…but let me tell you, they are meticulous, I came home yesterday after my second visit and final fitting, I am over the moon with the results, they look amazing, smiles for miles, thank you Dentakay, highly recommended…

I would like to share my experience regarding the dental bridge prosthesis I received.I had the bridge installed on August 5, 2025, and as of September 1, 2025, nearly a month later, I am still experiencing severe pain, discomfort, and sensitivity to hot and cold items. My attempts to reach the clinic for assistance have been unsuccessful. Even when I sent a local agent to their office, there was no response. Communication via text has also been extremely inadequate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for any dental procedures. They do not provide support when complications arise, and I have found them to be quite dishonest.

This is my very honest review the good the bad the ugly. I initially contacted Dentakay because my teeth really knocked my confidence so wanted treatment done. I asked them for a quote sent photos etc they contacted me with estimated prices at the time of the call I didn’t have all the funds available which I explained to them they fully understood they did call me again a little while after to check how things were going once I explained I would contact them once I had raised all the funds they left me too it. Once I had the funds they organised everything for me. I took my brother along for support but there is a cost of taking someone with you so do bare that in mind this isn’t part of the quote. We stayed in Istanbul the hotel was fine but there is nothing around in this area so if you’re wanting a holiday with your treatment this is not what you’ll get. Yes there is a lot of waiting around for appointments and sometimes the taxi is late etc but for me this wasn’t an issue a taxi can be late in the UK so there’s no difference just because your abroad. The cost: I went in for my first appointment check up scan etc and had my consultation my consultant Edrick was fantastic yes there was an extra cost after I had my X-rays and scans and there were underlying issues which I wasn’t aware of so the extra cost was a shock and I wasn’t sure I would be able to continue with my treatment so initially I was devastated I spoke with Edrick and explained my situation and laid my cards on the table. I never felt pressured into going ahead and they worked with me and my budget to help me get the best possible outcome within my budget. I decided to go ahead with the treatment and I’m so glad I did don’t get me wrong the next 4/5 days were awful being prodded and poked teeth removed root canals and bone grafts I was swollen and sore but I knew the end goal was worth it. I’m now back in the UK with some of my permanent teeth already fitted and will return within the next 3-6 months for the final treatment. And the last of my teeth fitted once everything in my mouth is all healed. I was told before I left that the travel and accommodation is not fully paid for on the second trip which was another shocked as that is an extra cost that I wasn’t aware of but they do make all this clear when you first go and you agree to treatment. But the way I see it is this whole trip and treatment including the extras wouldn’t be affordable for me in the UK but now I’m hope with a nice smile and pain free for the first time in years. I am really happy about thé planning of médical journée at Dentakay. I was lucky to be treated by DR. Ibrahim who was totally professional. He is details focused and checking All the time the quality of the service provided. He run several tests and control before releasing me. He also is warm welcoming and listening All the time the questions and even asking you if have again questions. He starts always by explaining you the different step to be done and their nature of painful or not.In summary I am very satisfied with Dentakay in général and Dr. Ibrahim in particular.

I had an A-MA-ZING experience at Dentica!! I am so glad that I chose this clinic. I felt safe!! Everything is taking care of. Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back it was all arranged!
