My name is Maick and this was my experience getting a hair transplant.it took me 2 years to make the decision to get hair transplant. After meeting someone who had it done years ago, that person recommended me Turkeyana. He and his brother had hair transplant and they were both very satisfied. After meeting him I did some research on my own and compared different clinics side by side. In my research I learned that Turkeyana is not in the top 10 most recognized companies and I also found out there were some bad reviews. As I continued to research deeper I found out that all of the bad reviews Turkeyana had are related to the dental side of the clinic not hair transplant related so that gave me more confidence when making my decision. Also when comparing apples to apples with what other clinics offer, Turkeyana offers the same thing at a much more affordable price. To be honest with you, I was a little concerned on my way there due to the price difference with the same service but yet I took the chance because it was recommended to me first hand by someone I met. Now I concluded that the other clinics are charging way more for the same service or even less services, just because of their reputation being in the top ten clinics. In other words, these top ten clinics are charging way more just for their name. Now my experience:I traveled from USA to Istanbul and they had someone waiting for me at the airport. VIP transportation included in the package. I requested to be brought directly to the clinic for my evaluation and scheduled the surgery thereafter. The team made their final suggestions and upon agreement and after payment they began the hair transplant. Yes it’s true that some people in the team don’t speak English as I read in others reviews but that’s ok because you do have a translator available for you at all times. It has been 10 days now after my surgery. I’m back home. It all seems to me progressing and healing according to plan. I still ask questions and they answer within reasonable time. The clinic looks amazing. They invested in having a great looking clinic. Fancy and like high-tech with electronic doors like a futuristic spaceship. The service was great.Everyone was very professional starting with my contact person Iqra. Iqra was the person who I was in touch with from the very beginning. I asked her a ton of question before and during my stay in Istanbul and she was always very patient with me and diligent. I highly recommend you getting a hold of Iqra directly if you are considering hair transplant with Turkeyana. She’ll be able to assist you from the beginning to the very end. I’m planing to share my experience with the public through YouTube and other platforms and just wanted to let you know how happy I am with everything. Iqra will also make sure you receive everything that was agreed and promised. I loved the fact that they honored what they say. There were instances when I felt they might not do as I was told and sure enough everything that I was promised I received. If I was missing a bottle of vitamins all I had to do was send a text to Iqra and in minutes someone was bringing my bottle no questions asked. Even on my departure after a few extra days in Istanbul, they honored their transportation agreement back to the airport although it was 8 days after my surgery and I was in a different hotel further from the clinic. That to me was a testament that they honored their word. I have so many great things to say about Turkeyana and my experience there that this message would get way too long so I think you got my point. I loved the team that performed the surgery on me. I’m so thankful to each one of them including my translators Mahamed and Ali for their great work. I got the names of the team that worked with me during the transplant but I’m sure I am not spelling their names correctly.Cina, Muse, Nisa, Mustafa (he did the implanting) and Behisish (she is the one that did hairline design and the extractions) I Love that team!!! Trying to mislead customers into paying more money, telling the truth about your horrendous clinic? Go right ahead’ absolute jokers! ** Good evening to my fellow readers….Probably the most unprofessional and dishonest money hungry clinic on the planet . So many people warned me … they told me please don’t go to Asli tarcan, check the bad reviews ‘ but I didn’t listen, i thought I will judge myself, maybe they’ve improved - but I was wrong ! I Was very close to booking my place and sending my deposit. But backed out last minute after unearthing some horror stories. The WhatsApp consultants are just salesmen, with absolute no knowledge in the medical field, but will somehow try to convince you what to do and gaslight you, harass you to book, ( so they can collect their commission fee from your deposit ). They do NOT give a monkeys… about you. The whole place is one big marketing campaign. They show you on social media what YOU NEED to see in order to convince you. They hide negative reviews and call every single negative review fake and “not our patient”. ( ok so 100+ 1 star reviews on google and on Trustpilot are ALL fake right ? Every single one ? lol ). The customer service feels very fake and put on, they are super nice until money is in their hands. Then the mood changes. just Take one look at the owner and you’ll get what I mean lol. She waltz in on patients, strokes there head because she knows cameras are on her and then flies of on holiday. They try their absolute hardest to try and sell you the most expensive service, even if you don’t need it. In order to squeeze money from you. If you DARE ask questions, or enquire further they start getting arrogant and annoyed, almost as if to say ‘ just shut up and book your flight and pay us ‘. One of the main reasons I backed out is because I saw numerous videos on YouTube from their past patients, majority of whom said we would never go back. ‘ search I am Rio hair transplant’ on YouTube. He gives a full breakdown of his awful experience, they ended up giving him an infection but kept lying to him and tried to cover it up - and then gave him some injections and he couldn’t even walk after- horrible!. He literally said from A TO Z it was all lies and he was glad to get out of there. That video I watched and along with the awful experience during my consultation process. It was enough to give an instant swerve on this clinic. Frankly Im shocked how they’re even in business. They make up lies in order to convince you to book, following week they’ll change their story … when you confront them they’ll lie Again to cover what they told you. It’s an ABSOLUTE MESS this place. No morals, no ethics, no transparency. Just ‘ hurry up and book ’ attitude. Hopefully my review has helped someone to avoid.it Was a lucky escape for me. Of course they’ll reply with ‘ we can’t find you on our system, not a real review. But the fact is hundreds of bad reviews literally mirror what I just said. So all customers in their eyes are Liars and only Asli tarcan is truthful. lol give me a break. My advice is do your research thoroughly. Your health is your Wealth. Find somewhere where they’re honest, arent money focused. Peace

I am incredibly angry and disappointed with my experience at this clinic. They promised a smooth process, quality aftercare, and a comfortable hotel stay—but what I received was the complete opposite.The hotel I was placed in was dirty, unpleasant, and the staff were unhelpful. When I requested to be moved, I was dismissed and told I was “being silly.” I had to insist repeatedly before they finally agreed to relocate me.My consultation with the surgeon lasted barely five minutes. I felt that he wasn’t listening to me at all. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on a stem cell treatment, and when I explained I didn’t have any additional funds, they even attempted to take me to a cash machine—something I found extremely uncomfortable. The next day they tried to change my treatment plan and suggested a tummy tuck, which made the experience even more unsettling, especially as I was alone.After the surgery, things became even worse. I was left alone for hours in the hospital, crying and without any support. I ended up having to pay for an extra night in the hospital, and then I was sent back to the hotel completely unprepared and unsure of what to do next. I had eight drains in, but no one changed my dressings for days. I eventually had to demand to be taken back to the hospital for proper aftercare. Overall, it was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life.Now, months later, I’m left with a visibly deformed stomach. A UK surgeon has told me that the liposuction appears to have been done incorrectly, leaving behind a noticeable lump of fat. When I contacted the clinic, they initially told me it was “normal” and that I should wait a year. After refusing to accept that, they finally agreed to “fix” it—but expect me to pay the hospital fees, flights, and hotel costs myself. I’m now facing a £5,000 bill in the UK to correct the issue.Based on my experience, I strongly advise you to stay away from this clinic. The lack of care, professionalism, and proper aftercare has caused me enormous stress, both emotionally and financially.

If I have to talk about my experience, everything was as it should be. My representative Kubilay is really energetic and friendly. He answered all my questions and all the staff at the clinic mobilized for me. I am grateful to everyone. Thank you to Asli Tarcan and her team. I followed a lot of clinics, I received many offer in this process, but I can say that Kubilay stole my heart because he approached me more warmly. I am very pleased with the result, I have completed about the 4th month. I am very pleased with the current result.

I had a great experience here. Don’t believe the 1 star reviews. The staff at Asli Tarcan are professional and very caring and competent. It’s not the USA. This is a different culture. I loved it.
