Maybe this helps someone else too. I am not choosing based on the cheapest offer anymore. At first I was comparing All-on-4 Dental Implants like it was one fixed package, but every clinic seems to include different things. One quote includes two nights, one includes five. One says medication is included but not extra checks. One says the doctor will decide final details in person, which might be normal, but it also makes budgeting harder. I would rather pay a little more and know exactly what is included than arrive and keep hearing that small things are extra. My main takeaway so far: the practical details mattered more than the glossy before/after photos.

The transfer sounds minor until you land tired and with no local SIM working. I chose the clinic that sent the driver name, car plate, and coordinator WhatsApp before my flight. Not glamorous, but it lowered my stress a lot.

I had the same issue comparing All-on-4 quotes. One clinic included airport pickup only on arrival, not return. Another included temporary teeth but not the panoramic scan. I made a small table with columns for hotel nights, transfers, scans, medication, translator, and emergency contact. It made the “cheap” package look less simple.

I would be careful with any package where the final cost is too open. Of course the dentist may need to confirm things in person, but the clinic should still explain what can change and the price range. Mine gave me a written quote with possible extras listed separately. I did pay one extra small fee after the scan, but at least it was not a surprise conversation at reception.

I asked 5 clinics in Istanbul about All-on-4 and now I am more confused than before. Some include temporary teeth, some say final teeth are later and extra, and one did not answer…

Is a video consultation enough before Breast Lift?

Maybe stupid question but when quote say all included, what is really included? For Breast Lift I see hotel and transfer but medication and extra check is not always clear.
