All-on-6 quote feels too vague

I am comparing two All-on-6 Dental Implants quotes for March and the prices are not miles apart, but the wording is confusing. One says temporary teeth included, hotel included, transfers included. The other gives a longer list but then says extra procedures may be charged after scan. I know nobody can tell me what I personally need, but how did you ask clinics to explain the possible extra costs without sounding annoying? I don’t want to arrive and suddenly feel pressured because I already paid deposit and booked flight.

Ask them to write what is definitely included and what is only possible extra. Written answers helped me stay calm.

For me the useful question was: what happens if the scan changes the plan? One clinic answered with a clear range, another just said “doctor decides.” I did not choose the second one.

Not annoying at all. You are travelling for a big treatment. I made a small table with hotel nights, airport transfer, translator, temporary set, final visit timing, and medication. Then I sent the same table to each clinic and asked them to tick yes/no. The clinic that replied slowly but clearly was better than the one that called me five times in one day.
