Deposit paid for beard transplant, now communication is slower

I paid a deposit last week for Beard Transplantation and since then the WhatsApp replies are slower. Before payment they replied almost instantly, now sometimes it is next day. Maybe this is normal because my travel date is not until April, but it changed my feeling a bit. My timeline so far: I sent photos in December, got two video calls in January, then paid deposit after they sent a basic plan and hotel option. The plan says airport transfer included, translator included, and one follow-up check before I fly home. I asked yesterday if I can have the hotel address and the name of the person meeting me at the airport, and no answer yet. I don’t want to panic or be annoying. But I also don’t want to arrive and discover everything is vague. Did anyone else have slower communication after deposit, and how did you handle it without sounding rude?
