DHI in March, travelling with my brother but still nervous

I booked DHI Hair Transplantation for March and my brother is coming with me for 3 nights. I feel better not going alone, but I am still worried about the small things after the procedure. Like getting back to hotel, sleeping, breakfast, and not touching the head by mistake. The clinic says hotel is 12 minutes by car and transfers are included. They also said I can send photos on WhatsApp every day after I fly home. It all sounds okay, but I have never travelled for any procedure before, so maybe I am overthinking. If you did hair transplant abroad, what did you wish you packed or planned before the flight? I am not asking medical stuff, more practical things. Button shirt is already on my list.
