Do not ignore response quality. Mine replied fast before payment and slower after, which was stressful. If I did it again I would ask exactly who answers follow-up questions and for how long.
Ask it in writing first.
For bonding I wanted to know how many appointments, because mine needed one check the next morning for small polishing. Photos helped, but the appointment schedule helped more.
