It was amazing how the staff and doctors treated me from the beginning until the end of my surgery. The whole experience with the hair transplant from pick up from the airport to drop off was excellent.

My experience was very satisfactory. I did my teeth and hair transplant. The ozone therapy really helped and boosted my immune system and eliminated the little pain I was having. I highly recommend them to anyone. Good customer service too.

The whole process was smooth, from reaching out to get a quote to actually getting the procedure done, for that they definitely deserve a 5 star. The staff and everyone was super nice and super informative, they fed us during the procedure, and they made us feel at home and that’s what good business is all about. RECEP was my contact at the clinic for this procedure, He was amazing, he would reach out an everyday and make sure everything is straight, He went above and beyond with his great customer service and care. I had a great experience at Asli Tarcan. From start to finish they answered all my questions. My coordinator Ceyda was awesome. If you’re looking for a new hairline stop thinking about it and do it!!!!

Pros: put the most grafts they could on my head.Explained the procedure clear and honestly.There was a big team of people working with me.Negatives :Only 1-2 of them spoke English so there was a language barrier most times There is a lot of additional cost they don’t tell you about with the after care.They were off schedule for example I ask the guy in charge what time I had to be ready to go to the clinic and he 09:30 but called me at 09:00 saying the clinic people were wating for me and I needed to take my medicine after breakfast but had no time to do it , when I told the person I spoke to about the times in the first place he tried to justify it saying he had to work around there schedule even though the procedure cause over 2000 dollars in total and would expect them to get basic time right People would randomly come into the operation room and crowd the room making the patient feel abit claustrophobic and uncomfortable especially when your Under anaesthesia .When nurses got bored they would test your blood pressure and leave the room without even looking at it then right after another nurses would do the exact same thing within 2-3 minutes time and this happens countless times throughout my 11 hour procedure.* I will update this review around 6 months to tell you the about the results of my hair transplant *

Buse Is Amazing. She made my time at the clinic smooth, simple & fun! All the staff was fun to be around but still professional & serious with the precautions of the procedure. I really appreciated that I always had at least one English speaking person at all times around, even when Buse was not around someone took her place that spoke English. I went to the VIP location & I loved it. I also like that I was one only person getting a HL Transplant that day, so all the attention was on me, at one point it was 6 people in the room with me. I’m grateful for the smooth experience & ready to see the results!
