Most bad Clinic Ever!!!!!!!! Do not ever go here. They only want your money and give you NO GUARENTEE!!!!. They ruined my body for the rest of my life and there answer is ZERO!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

Dentica what can I say? I found them on FB and virtually immediately after PETER from sales contacted me by what’s app. Right from the off Peter made me feel welcome and reassured about the process. Communication was impeccable from the initial planning to the return to the airport back home to france. Peter was not only the amazing sales guy he felt like my personal carer and always on the end of the phone by voice or message. I asked Peter for a consultation for another medical condition I wanted and he set me up to another reputable clinic not far away. In Peter I trusted and went ahead with the surgery.The logistics team were in charge of the transportation were amazing too with awesome communication from the airport pick up to the hotel to Dentica to the clinic and all for free in Mercedes Vianos.The desk staff in Dentica were second to none and the dentist I had appointed to me was first class, I was a difficult patient especially when having my teeth shaved and 24 crowns put in. I can only highly recommend Dentica and so glad I chose Dentica because of all the horror stories you hear and witnessing the down market establishments in Istanbul that I’m glad I did not attend. With Dentica, you are a very well looked after patient, not a client. Well done to everyone at Dentica keep up the good work changing lives.

Dentica is a great clinic in Istanbul, really professional, and helpful staff and dentists. The owner doctor is a gentleman, really fair. I am specifically grateful to the sales consultant, Sandra for help, guidance and support throughout. Dentica is highly recommended :).

From the moment I walked in, Mr. Zaouer,Ms.Oumama, Mr. Ibraheem, Ms. Mervet, Yaren, and Gulsum made me feel welcome and at ease. Each of them took the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide personalized care that exceeded my expectations.A special shoutout to Dr. Anas, whose expertise and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. Had an endoscopic brow lift. Biggest mistake ever. This clinic is not known for surgeries. I’ve been suffering from complications for the past 7 months and now I have to do a revision for 4x the price due to my vision being affected. Sad part is all my consultations are asking for the surgeon name or technique and they’re refusing to disclose any of the information. DO not risk getting botched here! Update: do not fall for their fake reply. I’ve been in contact with them for over a year about my infection. They’re rarely respond. I had to get a revision from another doctor but needed the report from the initial doctor/clinic. It took them weeks to provide a report that barely had 3 sentences. The report was useless. I also went back to the city and asked to visit the clinic to see the doctor in person. They went crickets. Ignored me and never responded. DO NOT go to this clinic for surgical procedures. Plastics is not their specialty. They use 3rd party untrained docs to perform these procedures. Learn from me and do your research.

I was impressed with the clinic and the quality of service it provided .The staff were very friendly and super nice and very professional .The procedure went well but it was harder than I expected but overall Iam happy and very hopeful to get good results with my hair transplant . I also had the new hair stem cell treatment which was very impressive .I know it is going to take time and commitment to get tge desired results but very hopeful .I thank all the staff in turkyana clinic and hope to see them next summer for maybe other cosmetic procedures .

Extremely professional and qualified staff. Polite and helpful throughout explained each step in detail. I asked so many questions and they responded diligently. My procedure took almost 10 hours and I didn’t feel the staff was tired. They were smiling and worked diligently until 1am.

I had a GREAT experience at Dentica! They are doing an amazing job! Rigth from the beginning and to the last minute Dani from Marketing was taking care of me, he send all the information I needed to make an informed desicion, answered ALL my questions and was extremely nice to me. If you have the chance, you should ask that he is your representative... he takes all your questions to the doctors and simply plays straightforward wich i really appreciate. I also recommend that you talk about this over the phone and not by text messages, you will get a better feeling on the expertise, professionalism and care. Their logistic is flawless... one day before my trip I got messages from the clinic telling me where to go at the airport, somebody was waiting for me to take me to the hotel where they made my reservation. Even the people at the hotel expressed great about Dentica. Hassan takes care of the pick up and drop off from/to the hotel and the clinic and does a terrific job! I had to program an extra appointment almost at 1am because I was in a little pain and even then, he answered and booked me first time in the morning. The Clinic is spectacular and proffessional. All the equipment is neat and state of the art... from the moment the girls at the front desk greet you they know who you are and why you are there for. Even though you already have an idea what you are getting, they run a new x ray test on you to confirm the rigth course of action and you have a brief with the head of Dentica... he explains what's going to be the course of action and asks for questions. When you are done, you start your treatment right away. My treatment was performed by Dr. Serkan, his assistant is Pinar. The job they did on me was incredible! They are super professional and focused on what they are doing. Literally, the most pain i experienced during this treatment was for the anesthesia injection! He works fast and meticulously.The result is spectacular! This is the only possible outcome when enerything works as smooth as in this place. If I had to do it again, there's no other place I would go.

In 3 sessions 21 teeth are replaced. Partly with bridges and partly with implants. During the second session an implant fell out. That was a shame. This was solved by placing a 5-part bridge.The institute is beautiful and spacious. Very modern techniques are used and has very good experienced doctors. There is even a kind of nestor present with whom all deviations are discussed. You are assigned a consultant during a treatment. Who regularly asks how things are going and is very sympathetic. A treatment is proposed during the intake. Everything fits within strict medical frameworks, but within that they also like to sell. Be careful with making quick decisions, it is better to sleep on it.The V.I.P. transport during the transfers to and from the airport or hotel is fantastic and fully included.The support staff (the assistants) could take on the work more concentrated. The focus sometimes slackens during the conversations that are held during the treatment.All in all I am reasonably (The fit can still be improved a bit) satisfied with the result for a reasonable price. For now I give 4 stars. Maybe that will be 5 when the fit is optimized during the last session.
