After a few years struggling with hair loss I came to Asli Tarcan for a hair transplant process. I did the robotic DHI with PRP and it was a wonderful experience. The attention to detail and customer service is among the best I've seen. The entire team is so courteous and professional, and they helped me a lot with picking up some common Turkish sayings. The entire team is wonderful, and I can't wait to come back to Turkey to explore more of the culture here. Amazing experience!

Amazing results after my second visit one implant failed from my first visit and they gave me three options to think about and quickly resolved and issues. I’d highly recommended DENTAKAY to anyone who is thinking about getting work done on your teeth only negative id say was the pricing as mine was substantially more that my first quotation but that was due to having a lot more work done than expected as I only sent pictures I’d advise anyone to get a xray done back home and send that and you’ll get a more accurate price before you come over

Where do u start with this clinic absolutely outstanding service I shall start of with james the coordinator the response time is unreal he has knowledge about everything puts you at such ease me and my 2 sisters all backed out last minute he put us at such ease and we finally made it to the Antalya clinic thanks to james he is to good at what he does the staff at Antalya were superb Dentakay is hands down the best clinic they are very through and will not let you leave the clinic until your 100% satisfied and as for my doctor cem tasinpar 22 years experience you can really see his experience he asked me my expectations I said I put my full trust in you he did not disappoint words can’t describe how happy me and my sisters are my teeth are stunning yet natural my dentist was happy chirpy and very caring so happy my feet won’t touch the ground and my mouth won’t shut either would give 10 stars if allowed

I came to Aslı Tarcan for a hairline procedure and otoplasty, and everything was excellent from the airport pickup to the 5-star hotel. The entire Aslı Tarcan team was amazing! A special shout-out to Naz for perfectly coordinating and planning my trip and treatment, and to Mohamed for being so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended

Very disappointing experience. Their core business is bait and switch, so it's safe to call them scammers.They sold me a package with stem cell therapy and hair transplant at a certain cost. Once I arrived there, they told me that I needed to pay $1,500 more for exosome therapy. I told them I didn't have enough cash, but they insisted I pay via credit card or cash—that was the first shock.Anyhow, I bit the bullet and paid them.The apparent doctor just saw me once on the day before, but during the transplant, he never showed up. The same thing happened after the transplant: He never came to see if everything was up to mark or to provide a post-op consultation. The show was run by the techs completely.Second bait and switch: After the wash, they pitched me $2,500 worth of products. I told them that I was informed the supplies would cost $60 or so—how come $2,500? They wouldn't let me off the hook. They were like, "You must purchase them or you will lose the hairs," etc., etc. I told them that you didn't inform me I would have to spend the same amount of money on products as on the procedure; otherwise, I would have looked somewhere else. Long story short, they didn't let me get out until I paid via credit card.I am working with my bank to pull my money out since they practically held me hostage and wouldn't let me go. Imagine being in a different country and the clinic you are relying on turns out to be scammers and thugs.They promised a lifetime guarantee certificate, which never arrived. It's been 15 days or so.Before leaving, they kept pushing me to write a 5-star review on Trustpilot, and I told them, "Look, I need a car to get back to the hotel. I will write you a review later," but they kept pushing hard.Lastly, when I came back, I had some sort of allergic reaction. I kept pinging them, and the person who was communicating via WhatsApp simply stopped responding and asked me to contact the quality department, which isn't responding as well.My recommendation: Find a better place than these guys, and yes, the Reddit reviews about them are correct.

Me and my mother are extremely satisfied with our experience at Omer dentist for placing zirconium crowns and a bridge (after drawing an inflamed tooth). Treatment was carried out by Dr. Seyma and Dr. Emre, who worked with great skill and precision. In advance, I received a clear and comprehensive explanation from Assistant Selma, which gave a lot of confidence. It was important for me to know which materials would be used, and they gave transparent and clear insight into this.

The preparation with Emre and Seyma went smoothly and in practice I was warmly accompanied by Selma and online by Yahya who has also supported us a lot. It is super that Selma is always present in practice, this gives a familiar feeling and you can always ask her questions, helping you well and nicely. How nice to be here!

The course is intensive — one week and sometimes a little painful — but the result is a completely new teeth that will make you proudly return to the Netherlands. During the treatment, Dr Seyma and Emre specialized in root canal treatments, and this is done in a very professional and careful way. The flexibility and skill that Seyma, Emre and the assistants and the laboratory work together are really superior. They also adjust the teeth perfectly to your face and make sure the teeth are correct — the end result looks beautiful and natural.

We have not felt uncomfortable or unsafe for a moment. It is also very nice to stay in the district of practice itself; that makes the trajectory a lot easier and gives a cozy, familiar atmosphere. This made the whole process not only medically successful, but also a beautiful and special experience. Absolutely recommended.

Dear Estetik International Team,I am writing once again regarding my refund request for the surgery that was scheduled on 6 April, under my booking contract with you.As you know, I paid a deposit of 2,000 € for the surgery (total cost 4,000 €). Due to serious health issues, I was unable to proceed with the operation. I have already provided several medical documents and certificates proving my condition. If you review the numerous emails I have sent, you will clearly find all the necessary evidence.According to our signed contract: • Clause 18 states that if the surgery is cancelled due to health issues, the refund must be made after deducting 20% of the total amount paid. • Clause 21 states that in case of unexpected circumstances such as illness, the deposit may be refunded.However, in June I received only 1,200 €, which does not correspond to either of the clauses in the contract. Since I paid 2,000 €, the correct refund should be the full deposit. This means that 800 € are still missing.I kindly request that you process the remaining refund of 800 € without further delay. Please note that I have already been waiting for several months and have sent all required documentation multiple times.If the refund is not completed within 14 days, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute with my bank and escalate this case to the relevant consumer protection authorities.I truly hope we can resolve this matter amicably and swiftly. I’m super happy that I chose to get my veneers done at Dentica International. The transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic were excellent! I chose a package with 20 Emax veneers and gum laser treatment, which also included 6 nights in the hotel plus all transfers. It was affordable, and my result is stunning! The shape and color look so natural. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Myself and my partner picked Dentica as our dentist. We travelled from Ireland to get 24 crowns each.From the beginning everything was brilliant the staff wore welcoming, attentive and helpful.We had Sercan Albayrak as our dentist he was amazing like next level amazing he made sure everything was perfect ! And we wore happy and comfortable during our procedure.. my partner has had a bad experience with dentist and was so afraid and extremely nervous he wouldn’t have done it without Sercan he handled him very well. So thank you to him and his team.Denis our translator was very attentive and became a friend he was quite funny.. he was brilliant as explaining everything. Thank you And Sandra who was there on the phone since the start before we came was brilliant at explaining everything quick attentive and always at the other end of the phone for anything.Also the coffee was amazing and the ladies wore great that made and service was amazing.The dentist is spotless!!Nothing to fault.So happy we picked Dentica international Istanbul 10/10

From the start the communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. All questions answered with speed. Check in with myself second to none. Flight excellent,transfers brilliant whilst in Istanbul communication was daily. Service in the hotel excellent. So happy I did my research first. Due to go back for second visit in February and still getting updates. Highly recommend. Fabulous.
