I thought sending photos in advance would cover everything, but the team recommended x-rays to ensure accuracy. They were transparent about the cost and took the time to explain why it mattered, which gave me confidence in their approach. After two appointments, the change is striking—my teeth look fantastic. The entire process was handled with great care, professionalism, and precision. I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the outcome.

Dr. B and his entire staff have been wonderful. Dr. B went out of his way to help me achieve a fantastic result. I am 57 and he has made me look 37 in the face and body. He has an incredible eye and developed a plan that entailed the least amount of cutting, bruising, and swelling, all for a reasonable price. İ highly recommend Dr. B and his amazing staff.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience with Consultant NazarI had an extremely disappointing experience with my medical consultant, Nazar, which goes against Dentakay’s stated core values: • Patient-Centric Care / Respect for the Patient: During the consultation, he did not listen to my concerns and made me feel as if I had no say in my treatment. This is completely contrary to prioritizing patient well-being. • Professionalism & Ethical Practice: His attitude was unprofessional and unbearable. He interrupted me mid-conversation and displayed visible anger when I tried to explain my situation. • Excellence & Quality: I expected a high standard of care and communication, but instead, I left feeling ignored and mistreated.While the team apologized on his behalf, it did nothing to improve the situation; in fact, it seemed to enable further poor behavior. I hope Dentakay management reviews this incident seriously, as it severely undermines trust and patient confidence.

Cette clinique est à FUIIIIR ! Un devis augmenté à l’arrivée. Des dents SAINES limer comme un requin SANS FAIRE DE TRAITEMENTS DE RACINES. Un travail bâclé qui ne tiens pas sur la durée ( pour ça qu’ils vous pose vos couronnes/ facette le dernier jour). Comme ça, une fois arrivée chez vous c’est plus leur problème. Essayez même pas de les contacter si vous avez un problème, ils vous ignorent. Ils promettent une garantie élevé mais le dernier jour ils vous enlèvent 10 ans de garantie sans raison. Si vous tacher les draps de l’hôtel avec du sang, frais à votre charge.

They switched what doctors was doing my surgery and didn’t tell me, I didn’t know till I got there. They did not book me into the hotel I chose and paid for, instead they put me in a rundown hotel with horrible beds. They promise you a translator with be with you every step of the way but my translator didn’t show the day of my surgery. I paid to have a breast augmentation and lift but I was not happy with the results, I knew something wasn’t right. I had two different consultations with plastic surgeon once I got back home to Canada and was told by both doctors that the Turkish doctor did not do a lift at all so now I have to have another surgery and pay again for a breast lift. The turkeyana clinic charged me thousands of dollars for services I did not get, switched plastic surgeons on me without my knowledge and did not take care of me like they claim to do in there ads and websites. The hospital staff and doctors assistant were not friendly at all. It is now Sept 16 2025 and I still have not gotten any answers from Turkeyana Clinic.
