And I reached to the customer care department they told me the reason the oval was not put because it was not available in turkey at that time !!! Is it me ordering some red flowers? And you bring me white because red is not available and surprise me WITH SOMETHING that is gonna be inside my body ! That if i’m not happy I can’t just decide to undo it ! even if you order some red flowers and the shop find it out of stock and they sent you white without asking you you will be frustrated imagine your body!
And they are telling me i need to wait to see result ! I saw photos of patients with the immediate result after surgery in surgery room ..
i know that i need to wait for the implant to settle and be maybe to look less weird i might understand that but the overall shape will not be bigger suddenly if 390 was put!!

i always see in their photos 440 , 500 ! And As well they say of course it’s because my butt is small and flat there was no space ! You had 2 options to tell me …
1- when you asked for my photos for consultation to share with the doctor when I reached out to you whatsapp !
2- face to face consultation with the doctor
And I was not informed at all , I SAID EVERYTHING I want and the doctor just agreed ! And the photos( attached here) are photos of patients more flat than me ! that’s not excuse
ALL OF THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED ON THE CONSULTATION AND I WOULDN’T DO THE DECISION TO GO FOR THIS SURGERY I wouldn’t do a surgery to just have a chat 20% on the look .

The final thing that they said as a solution from the customer service department : that they will investigate and check the last 50 patients if he didn’t for them the same mistake of there are complains he will receive a warning 🤣🤣🤣 damn it’s like I’m not even heard I might be the first mistake it happens ! You want him to has 50 complaints to take me seriously?!
And even if he gets a warning wow will that change my implant for better looking,?

Accompanied my partner for her lipo 360 BBL here and it was an amazing and smooth experience for us both. The hospitality is modern and stacked with all the necessary equipment.
Dr Cem our surgeon was wonderful the rest of the nurses and other staff were very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE, they’re money hungry and took your money without service. After they requested deposit they changed the doctor to someone who is not even experienced in the surgery requested, they were hiding information, by not telling the full name of surgeon, and after I did research the surgeon is not even board certified and he doesn’t even perform BBL yet they dare to assign me such doctor to perform BBL. I AM TERRIFIED AND NOW THEY DONT EVEN GIVE MY MONEY BACK, I HAVENT EVEN DECIDED THE DATE!! PLS PUNISH THIS CLINIC FOR BEING SO UNETHICAL AND DISGUSTING!!! Im currently 1 month post op from a BBL surgery. My doctor was Dr Mehmet and my consultant is Kevin. I have experienced nothing but greatness from the moment i enquired until now!They are a great clinic & amazing doctor & nurses, i felt very cared for. The standards of the hotel and hospital room were great and i felt comfortable the entire time! Im very paranoid and ask alot of questions, despite this Kevin my consultant has been absolutely patient and has never made me feel like im pestering! Amazing Consultant 🙏🏽Dr Mehmet exceeded my expectations with the results of my BBL, he gave me exactly what i wanted and he was really friendly and also checked up on me a few times when i had any concerns! Which was important to me. The nurses were also so nice and friendly along with my translator Anthony & Khadija. Anthony even walked me and my partner to the train station so we wouldnt get lost. Im very thankful to have chosen EstherianClinic! I would definitely go here again & recommend you do too!

I had an amazing experience in Istanbul having a body lift, liposuction and BBL with Dr. B at Estetik International. The staff is absolutely amazing from transportation, to translation, and promptly answering questions. The nursing staff took amazing care of me and my husband who was able to sleep in my room with me. They provided us three meals at day while at the hospital and the food was delicious! Five stars for sure!! Highly recommend!
