All-on-4 quote changed after X-ray

I got a quote for All-on-4 Dental Implants in April based on photos and a video call. It looked clear at first, but after I sent my recent X-ray they said the plan may change when I arrive because bone level needs checking in person. I understand nobody can promise 100% from distance, but it makes me nervous for budgeting. Has anyone asked for a worst-case price range before paying deposit? I am not asking them to diagnose me on WhatsApp, just trying to avoid arriving and finding out I need much more than planned.

Ask them to write what is included and what is only possible extra. The wording matters a lot.

I had this with dental implants, not All-on-4 exactly. The clinic that felt safest gave me three numbers: expected plan, possible extra scan/tests, and a maximum if they changed to a different implant plan. It was not a guarantee, but it stopped the surprise feeling.

Also ask if the temporary teeth are included. One quote I had was cheap because that part was not clear.
