All-on-6 in November with my brother coming as helper

I am close to booking All-on-6 Dental Implants in Turkey for November, but the schedule is confusing me a bit. The coordinator says I need to stay 6 nights for the first visit and then return after some months for the final teeth. I understand the big idea, but I am trying to compare real life logistics, not only the price. My brother will come with me because I get anxious in airports. One clinic includes hotel for me only, another says companion can stay in same room but breakfast is extra. Also the transfer is included but only from one airport, and flights to the other airport are cheaper from my city. Did anyone regret not staying longer after the first appointment? I can maybe add two nights, but I do not want to spend more if it is just sitting in hotel. I am asking clinics the same questions but answers are a little too smooth sometimes.
