Deposit paid for arm lift, now second guessing recovery alone

I paid the deposit last week for an Arm Lift and now I am doing that thing where I read every bad story at 1am. I live in Germany but will travel to Istanbul in May. Originally my cousin was coming, then her work changed and now maybe I go alone. The clinic says airport transfer, hotel and translator are included. They also say I can message on WhatsApp after I fly home. That sounds fine but also very general. I asked how many in-person checks before leaving and they answered, but I forgot to ask what happens if I need help with simple things at the hotel, like carrying bags or changing clothes. Maybe this sounds childish but arms are involved in everything. I am not asking if I should do surgery. I already had consultation and I know only doctor can answer medical stuff. I just want to hear from people who travelled for body procedures: did you regret going without companion? Was hotel staff enough for normal daily things, or better to postpone until someone can come?
