February blepharoplasty with my sister

I am planning blepharoplasty in February and my sister may travel with me, mostly because I get anxious with airports and appointments. I have not booked yet. Two clinics sent very similar prices, but the aftercare details are different. One says hotel is 10 minutes from the clinic and they check you the next day. The other has a nicer hotel but only says “doctor will see you if needed.” Maybe I am overthinking the wording, but I want to know exactly where I need to be and when. People who travelled for this, did having a companion actually help, or was it just extra cost?
