What I wish I asked before booking Dental Implants

I wrote down my questions last night and realised most of them are not medical questions, they are planning questions. For Dental Implants, I am trying to understand who I actually talk to after I land, whether the hotel is close enough if I feel tired, and what happens after I fly home. One clinic sent a clean PDF but avoided the follow-up part. Another clinic sent messy WhatsApp voice notes but answered every small question. I am not sure which one should make me more confident.

Same here. I would also check reviews outside the clinic website. Not because every review is perfect, but patterns start showing up after a while.

I would trust the messy but responsive one more only if they can also put the answers in writing. Voice notes are useful, but before paying I wanted one document with the timeline, what is included, and who I contact after flying home.
