It was my 2nd visit back to Turkey and Esterian. Got to be honest and say the 1st visit was much more pleasant. This time not so. Felt the personal care i received the 1st time around was just missing. Was it because they are situated in a bigger facility and that personal care has been lost some. There was confusion from the start over the balance even thou i had sent my flight times and duration to the team months in advance and reconfirmed days before i landed. My lunch after surgery was badly timed and cold so was missed. Trying to get a glass of water during surgery was needed to be asked twice from the staff. I should of taken some in i guess but everything happens at once when your there. Just the small things i felt was lacking from this team. On a positive note the facility is professional looking and clean. Hopefully the team will take these notes on board for future clients to Turkey.

Recomand cu încredere dentica international, tot personalul foarte bun de la consultant, traducător asistenți si doctori, tin să le mulțumesc, consultantului dani cu care am ținut legătura de când am găsit clinica si pana am ajuns aici, mulțumesc tuturor asistenților pentru atenția acordată, mulțumesc din tot sufletul doamnei LIZA traducatorul meu care ma ajutat enorm, de la mers la farmacie pentru tratament, comunicarea cu personalul de aici,plus foarte multe învățături de bine, ma ajutat și cu indicații de vizitare in instabul, mulțumesc foarte mult si doamnei doctor Eserea pentru calmul si grija acordată, deci daca sunteți români si veniți aici apelați cu încredere la Doamna Liza ca traducător, veți fi foarte, foarte mulțumiți!

Dentica what can I say? I found them on FB and virtually immediately after PETER from sales contacted me by what’s app. Right from the off Peter made me feel welcome and reassured about the process. Communication was impeccable from the initial planning to the return to the airport back home to france. Peter was not only the amazing sales guy he felt like my personal carer and always on the end of the phone by voice or message. I asked Peter for a consultation for another medical condition I wanted and he set me up to another reputable clinic not far away. In Peter I trusted and went ahead with the surgery.The logistics team were in charge of the transportation were amazing too with awesome communication from the airport pick up to the hotel to Dentica to the clinic and all for free in Mercedes Vianos.The desk staff in Dentica were second to none and the dentist I had appointed to me was first class, I was a difficult patient especially when having my teeth shaved and 24 crowns put in. I can only highly recommend Dentica and so glad I chose Dentica because of all the horror stories you hear and witnessing the down market establishments in Istanbul that I’m glad I did not attend. With Dentica, you are a very well looked after patient, not a client. Well done to everyone at Dentica keep up the good work changing lives.

Dentica is a great clinic in Istanbul, really professional, and helpful staff and dentists. The owner doctor is a gentleman, really fair. I am specifically grateful to the sales consultant, Sandra for help, guidance and support throughout. Dentica is highly recommended :).

je suis francais et j ai de tres graves problemes de dents il a fallu que je prenne une decision celle de ne plus me faire soigner en france le dernier dentiste m avait ratè 2 appareils et le reste se dechaussait quand j ai ete le voir il m a dit elles sont là alors ca va !! j ai donc pris la decision de partir a istanbul une femme tres agreable a su me mettre en confiance et je la remercie car le choix de cette clinique a ete ma solution salvatrice !! j ai ete pris par un excellent chirurgien qui a tout enlevè et a preparè mes futurs implants mais pour repartir en france j ai ete recu par une prothesiste de premier ordre !!! mes appareils provisoires sont exceptionnels et le travail dansles details superbes !! je remercie aussi les personnes qui m ont toujours tres bien recus en venant vous expliquer tout le procèdè avant les interventions !! des gens parlant votre langue pour ne pas se sentir seul face aux problemes !! je repars demain en france en etant dejà pressè de revenir finir les implants et me faire prendre en photo avec un vrai sourire !!un conseil ne donnez plus votre argent aux dentistes francais qui ne sont vraiment pas a la hauteur des praticiens de cette clinique !! et quel endroit !!! merci a toute l equipe qui m a suivi et va continuer jusqu au prochain rendez vous et la finalite des implants !! vous verrez mon sourire a ce moment là !!!a tres vite et encore merci
