This is about a refund due me from 12/2022. Here is a reply from Turkeyana:....."When I mentioned that the refund was processed by our end on 21-05-2024, this means that we sent the money via our bank to your bank on the same date, and the processing time is usually 21 working days.I sent you the official receipt of your refund of 750$ (24,118 TRY)I will recheck with our accounting department to contact the bank to reassure you.".....The reciept Turkeyana sent shows the money moved from One Turkeyana account to another. Did not refund my Credit card and they continue to Lie about it. Stating there was an intermediary bank, but they cannot contact the intermediary bank. Which is BS.Date of experience: June 26, 2024....This is latest email from Turkeyana: "Dear Mr. Robert,We sent you confirmation of the refund processed on May 21, 2024. Unfortunately, your information isn't visible on the reversed CC transaction receipt.We're unable to assist further at this time. Please monitor your account for the refund." It has been 2 years!IGNORE this response below from Turkeyana. They never issued refund, and I have called this number multiple times as well as sent their own bank transaction reciept showing money was transferred from one of their accounts to another, NOT into my account. THEY ARE THIEVES AND STEAL FROM CLIENTS! NEVER USE TURKEYANA CLINIC!

I had a forhead reduction with Dr. Cenghizan and Dental crowns with Dr Burcu Naz. My forhead reduction results are far better than any expectation I had. The experience was nothing short of amazing.Alex my patient representative was so helpful coordination my whole experience. He truly made this nervous process so seamless and easy for me. Mariam and Fatima my translators took care and always made sure I was supported and was good. I am so glad I made the decision to have my surgery and dental work with Estherian clinic, you will be in the hands if decision to get any services with this company. I came back for second treatment today and I just finished. I don’t know what to say… I am absolutely speechless. Turkeyana clinic team from A to Z lovely team well trained and knowledgeable. I am glad that I chose Turkeyana. I would recommend Turkeyana for No1 reason and that if you want to look young again your first choice has to be here. All staff are there just to make sure you’re happy and to give once again smile that you need to regain your confidence. Oumama, is the face of Turkeyana for a couple of reason her captivating smile while make sure you’re happy with treatment she will make you feel you’re part of the team not a patient. She is simply outstanding. If I go to mentioning individuals I am afraid that I well miss someone but I don’t want conclude this without naming Oğuzhan he made me feeeeeeeeeeeel younger enough

Amazing experience with my forehead and browlift surgery with doctor Cengizhan. He did a great job, the scar is perfectly along the hairline. They took great care of me afterwards too. Thanks to Roquia for being a great translator and always there to answer my needs. I highly recommend this clinic!

أنالاول رحت كلينك مش عايزة أقول أسمو الدكتور كان كل همو بس الفلوس بعدين اجيت لتركيانا و عملنا معاينة و حددو معي موعد العملية و عطوني دوا يخففني الورم بيوم العملية الطبيب رفض انو يعمل العملية بعد ما كنت جاهزة للعملية قبلها بنص ساعة رفض و هاد الشي فرحني حسيت وقعت فأيادي امينة لأنو خاف علي و علي صحتي و الفريق الطبي كلو كويس جدا من مواصلات و مترجمين و و كمان رجعلولي فلوس العملية اللي ما انعملت و هاد شي خلاني أقول الصراحة عن الكلينك انو كويسة جدا جدا و بشكر كمان اللي كانت معي بالكلينك أمامةو كان مقابلتها كويسة و بشكرها و بشكر كل الأشخاص اللي ساعدوني بالكلينك

الخدمة و الأستقبال ممتازين جداً و الدكتورة نور مع المسؤولة بلقيس كانو متعاونين جداً اول مرا أعمل بوتكس يد الدكتورة ماشاء الله و ايضاً تعاملها لطيف جداً

Bonjour tout le monde ,Voilà 1 er voyage fait en mai pour arracher les anciennes dents dans un triste état puis poser les implants et la cette semaine c'est fini pour la pose des couronnes réglages etc et quel boulot superbe pris en charge depuis le devis par la consultante Sarah qui parle très bien le français tous les trajets sont assurés aéroport hôtel puis après tous les jours les navettes hôtel clinique retour hôtel tous le personnel est super gentils de la photographe,conducteurs,le personnel du bar à café et après les traductrices ceux des bureaux et tous les assistantes les médecins prothésistes etc etc que du bon un tarif compétitif on vous donne le tarif par wattsapps des qu'une photo d'une radio panoramique est faite en France vraiment un conseil foncez n'hésitez pas même moi qui avait peur d'avoir mal c'est le top et quel bonheur aujourd'hui de repartir avec un superbe sourire un pure bonheur si vous voulez plus de renseignement contactez moi par fb ou wattsapps je me ferais un plaisir à vous renseigner merci à toute l'équipe de dentica 👍👍

Jag valde att fixa till mitt hår här i Turkeyana. Dem förklarade för mig hela processen sen första dagen och svarade på alla mina frågor. Jag har kollat på flera olika ställe eftersom jag var orolig vilket sjukhus jag skulle välja, hjärtat kände sig bekväm hos Turkeyana allihopa var väldigt trevliga och proffsiga. Jag är jätte tacksam att jag just valde och komma förbi hit jag kommer garanterat besöka det i framtiden igen. Stort tack till alla personal och läkare speciellt Oumama och Ismail

Hi guys just want to say that clinic is really very good and have very good prices. It was my second hair transplantation before I did in another clinic so I have chance to compare and really can say that I'm highly recommend to use this clinic 200% everithing is like they promised. Good transportation, perfect hotel, perfect people and perfect good done job. Thank you Kenan for good communication and for all team! 🤗🤩

I had a wonderful experience with dr Cengizhan , he was amazing I did my nose surgery , my eyes and dimples and all went great thanks to Alex who kept following up with me he is very kind person , thanks to Meriem the beautiful girl who has a great attitude with patient she treats me as member of family , thanks to samba he is very polite and supportive all the team is great they kept following up with me since I did my surgery I felt very good after that ❤️🙏🏻 I highly recommend this clinic , it’s the right place for change .
