Feeling overwhelmed choosing a clinic for All-on-4 Dental Implants

Small update from my side: I had calls with three clinics this week. One was very salesy, one was slow but detailed, and one felt balanced. For people who already went through All-on-4 Dental Implants, did the first impression match the actual experience?

For my All-on-4, the first impression was about 70% accurate. The salesy clinic stayed salesy after the call and kept talking about limited dates. The slower clinic was very organized but replies took time even after I arrived, which was stressful. The balanced one is who I chose, and the experience matched: not perfect, but clear schedule, translator present, and written costs. I would trust patterns more than one nice phone call.
