I am choosing now also. The thing that helped me was asking for photos of similar cases and a written quote with hotel, transfers, x-ray, temporary crowns and aftercare separated. One clinic was cheaper but could not explain extra costs clearly. I prefer to know bad news before booking flights.

With zirconium crowns, I would ask for a full treatment timeline, not only the final price. How many visits, how many days between preparation and fitting, whether temporary crowns are included, and what happens if bite adjustment is needed before you fly. Also check if the dentist or coordinator is answering clinical questions. Fast WhatsApp replies from sales are helpful, but they did not make me feel ready by themselves.
