I disagree a little with your friend. Easy is nice, but too easy made me uncomfortable. I asked both clinics what “all included” means: consultation, product brand, touch-up policy if any, translator, and who to message later. One gave vague answers, so I crossed them off.
Slow is not automatically better, but asking more questions can be a good sign. For Botox, the clinic that wanted photos and medical history felt more serious to me than the one sending a fixed price in two minutes.
