I maybe overthinking but I feel confused with offers for LASIK Eye Surgery. One clinic reply in 5 minutes and other reply next day but more detail. Which one is better sign?

For LASIK, I trusted the clinic that answered slower but explained the follow-up plan after I flew home. Speed alone did not calm me.

For me the better sign was detail, not speed. I asked what happens if I have a question after I return home, and only one clinic gave a clear answer.

Is this normal?

I want ask people who already went. For Arm Lift, did you feel safe when arrive there? I dont mean medical advice, just the travel, hotel, translator, follow up messages.
