Is a video consultation enough before Arm Lift?

I want ask people who already went. For Arm Lift, did you feel safe when arrive there? I dont mean medical advice, just the travel, hotel, translator, follow up messages. Longer takeaway: I expected the big decision to be the clinic name, but it was really the small logistics. Who picks you up, how close the hotel is, who translates, how fast they answer after you leave, and whether the quote is written clearly. Those details changed how safe the whole plan felt.

My video call was enough to understand the schedule, but not enough to feel fully calm. What helped was when they sent the pickup time, hotel name, translator contact, and the written quote all in one message. When I arrived for my arm lift, I already knew who was meeting me at the airport, so it felt less chaotic.
