Is this normal?

I wrote down my questions last night and realised most of them are not medical questions, they are planning questions. For Arm Lift, I am trying to understand who I actually talk to after I land, whether the hotel is close enough if I feel tired, and what happens after I fly home. One clinic sent a clean PDF but avoided the follow-up part. Another clinic sent messy WhatsApp voice notes but answered every small question. I am not sure which one should make me more confident.

For my arm lift planning I asked for the hotel address before paying deposit. It helped me check distance to clinic and simple things like pharmacy and food nearby. Not medical, but it made recovery days feel less unknown.
