I travelled alone for crowns and felt mostly safe, but I planned it like a normal trip, not like everything would be handled magically. I saved the clinic address offline, checked the hotel on maps, asked who meets me at the airport, and kept all WhatsApp messages. The translator was at appointments only, so for hotel/reception stuff I still needed Google Translate. If you go alone, make sure you know the daily schedule and have one person at home who knows it too.

I went alone too and the first evening was the only time I felt a bit unsure. Having the hotel address, clinic address, and coordinator number written on paper helped. Also check whether the hotel reception speaks enough English for basic things like taxi or pharmacy directions.
