Has anyone done Gastric Sleeve in Türkiye and regretted the timing?

I maybe overthinking but I feel confused with offers for Gastric Sleeve. One clinic reply in 5 minutes and other reply next day but more detail. Which one is better sign? My main takeaway so far: the practical details mattered more than the glossy before/after photos.
