She is extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. She speaks four languages fluently: Somali, Turkish, English, and Arabic. Her presence makes navigating the hospital simple and stress-free. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and ensures that nothing is lost in translation. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist patients and their families. Fardowsa is one of the best medical translators I have ever met, and I believe the hospital is very fortunate to have her on their team. I highly recommend her."

The ear nose throat is go…" "This is a private hospital, but it also accepts national health insurance. However, the cost is not fully covered as it is a private hospital. It is very clean. I love the ophthalmology clinic. The ear nose throat is good, too. However, I am not very happy with the emergency unit. They can never insert the IV needle on the 1st try. Once I was very ill - my blood pressure was 50/30!!! I was helped and put back on my feet, but nothing was done to learn what had caused it. That was a disappointment. This being said, everyone is different and different doctors will suit different people. This is just my experience."

"Geçtiğimiz günlerde hastanenizde Prof. Dr. Cevdet Bey’e randevu alarak başvurdum. Ancak ne yazık ki karşılaştığım muamele ve hizmet süreci beklentilerimin oldukça altında kaldı. Randevu almış olmama rağmen, hastaneye ge…" "Geçtiğimiz günlerde hastanenizde Prof. Dr. Cevdet Bey’e randevu alarak başvurdum. Ancak ne yazık ki karşılaştığım muamele ve hizmet süreci beklentilerimin oldukça altında kaldı. Randevu almış olmama rağmen, hastaneye geldiğimde görüşme kısa ve ayaküstü bir şekilde gerçekleşti. Görüşme sırasında yapılacak işlemler hakkında detaylı bir bilgilendirme yapılmadan ücret talep edildi. Bunun yanında, Prof. Dr. Cevdet Bey’in yanında bulunan hemşirenin iletişim tarzı oldukça kaba ve dışlayıcıydı. Sorularımı yöneltmeme izin verilmeden, doğrudan odayı terk etmem istenmiş, hasta olarak kendimi dışlanmış ve değersiz hissetmeme neden olunmuştur. Görüşme toplamda 5 dakikayı dahi bulmadan sonlandırılmış ve bilgi eksikliğine dair ifade ettiğim rahatsızlık ise "zaten bilgi verildi" şeklinde geçiştirilmiştir. Sayın Prof. Dr. Cevdet Bey’in oldukça mesafeli, iletişime kapalı ve sessiz bir tutum sergilemesi, hastanın kendini güvende hissetmesini zorlaştırmıştır. Aynı şekilde, kendisini hastanenin müdürü olarak tanıtan Ezgi Hanım’ın da hasta iletişimi konusunda profesyonellikten uzak bir tutum içinde olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Sosyoloji uzmanı olduğunu ifade etmesine rağmen, tıbbi konularda doğrudan tedavi önerilerinde bulunması, pazarlama diliyle yönlendirmelerde bulunması ve hastalarla fiziksel temasa girmesi rahatsız edicidir. Dahası, bilgi almak isteyen hastalara karşı sabırsız, baskılayıcı ve zaman zaman saygı sınırlarını zorlayan bir iletişim tarzı sergilemektedir. Tarafıma yönelik olarak “susun” diyerek ağzımı kapatma teşebbüsü, kabul edilemez ve etik dışı bir davranıştır. Genel olarak, hastane ortamında beklediğim güven, şeffaflık ve profesyonellikten uzak bir deneyim yaşadım. Hasta memnuniyetinin geri planda tutulduğu, maddi beklentilerin ise ön planda olduğu izlenimi veren bu yaklaşımı üzücü buluyorum. Gerekli iç denetim ve geri bildirim sürecinizin sağlıklı işlemesi adına bu şikayetimin dikkate alınmasını, hasta hakları ve etik değerler çerçevesinde gerekli iyileştirme adımlarının atılmasını temenni ederim."
