Ho deciso di lasciare questa recensione dopo mesi di frustrazione e totale mancanza di professionalità da parte di questa clinica.A marzo (21/03) ho versato un acconto di 500 euro per un intervento programmato a gennaio. Nel contratto e nelle comunicazioni iniziali era chiaramente specificato che in caso di gravidanza sarebbe stato previsto il rimborso dell’acconto, una clausola che mi aveva rassicurata e mi aveva spinta a fidarmi della struttura.Purtroppo, una volta comunicata la gravidanza e richiesto il rimborso, è iniziato un vero e proprio calvario. Ho inviato numerose email, fatto telefonate su telefonate, e ogni volta mi è stato promesso che il rimborso sarebbe arrivato “a breve”, “entro pochi giorni”, “la prossima settimana”.Risultato? A distanza di mesi, nessun rimborso, nessuna risposta, nessuna trasparenza.Trovo inaccettabile che una clinica, che dovrebbe basare la propria attività su fiducia, rispetto e serietà nei confronti dei pazienti, si comporti in modo così scorretto. Non si tratta solo dei 500 euro, ma del principio: quando una struttura sanitaria prende un impegno scritto e morale con un paziente, deve rispettarlo.Inoltre, la totale mancanza di comunicazione,promesse non mantenute, email ignorate, telefonate finite nel nulla,lascia l’amaro in bocca e una sensazione di impotenza.Mi dispiace doverlo dire, ma questa esperienza mi ha fatto perdere completamente la fiducia in questa clinica.Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di affidarsi a loro senza avere la certezza di tutele chiare e concrete: la mia esperienza dimostra che una volta incassato l’acconto, non si preoccupano più del paziente.Una struttura che si definisce professionale dovrebbe sapere che la serietà si misura anche e soprattutto nei momenti in cui deve restituire ciò che non le spetta più.I’m writing this review after months of frustration and complete lack of professionalism from this clinic.Back in March (21/03), I paid a €500 deposit for a procedure scheduled for January. At the time, I was clearly informed that a refund would be issued in the event of pregnancy , a clause that reassured me and made me trust the clinic.Unfortunately, after notifying them of my pregnancy and requesting the refund, everything changed. I sent numerous emails, made countless phone calls, and every time I was told that the refund would be processed “soon,” “within a few days,” or “next week.”Months later, no refund, no follow-up, and no transparency whatsoever.It is absolutely unacceptable that a medical clinic which should be built on trust, respect, and professionalism behaves in such an irresponsible way. This is not only about the €500, but about the principle: when a healthcare facility makes a written and moral commitment to a patient, it should honor it.The complete lack of communication ,broken promises, ignored messages, unanswered calls leaves a bitter taste and a deep sense of disappointment.Sadly, this experience has made me lose all trust in this clinic.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to be extremely cautious, and to make sure that any refund or protection policy is clearly guaranteed in writing. My experience shows that once they receive your deposit, the patient’s well-being no longer seems to matter.A truly professional clinic should know that integrity is measured not only by the services offered, but also by how they handle situations where they owe something back to the patient.

People who I met including the medical consultant Sami, Airport pickup service team, Drivers, two highly efficient doctors and caring nurses as well as the amazing customer service staff - Ms Alyssa are extremely supportive. They will go extra mile to exceed your expectations of high quality and reliable service. Keep up the good work!

From the moment I was told about dentica international by a friend the process was just so easy .. my Initial contact was Sandra who was there for Any questions i had along the way after o arrived in turkey the transfers were great to and from the hotel and I was over the moon with the end result

I hade a wonderful experience with Dentakay, i had to redo all my teeth with multiple sugeries and implants, but after so much soffering i can now smile again thanks to all the Dentakay Team.

I was amazed by how Dentakay combines advanced dental treatments with real empathy. The team guided me through every step, with Shane Osborne ensuring I felt confident and informed. Having multilingual staff like Bursa and Ahmed made the whole process seamless. It’s rare to find such professionalism paired with genuine care.

I was quoted £3500 for my treatment but when I arrived I was taken into a room and then was told it would be £8000 ,I paid extra to be sedated but woke up half way through and had to shout out that I was wide awake, after the treatment I was badly swollen and in pain only to find out that the £8000 I paid would only cover the implants and I would have to pay more to get the teeth and again was quoted £3500,I was put in a hotel in the middle of a industrial centre miles from anywhere and had to rely on them to get to clinic and airport, my advice is to find another dentist

Can't be grateful enough to the doctors/dentists and all staff at Dentica International, from airport transfer to hotel to the clinic. All my concern and needs were met with absolute attention and professional assessments. The treatments were of high standards and after care of any less. Special thanks to Dr Anver and Dr Camil for all their efforts to put an amazing smile on my face❤️1

I am so so happy with the results! I now feel happy to smile where as before I was so embarrassed. I am on cloud 9!Do be careful though. I got quoted 3.6k over the phone but then when I got here and had xrays, It boosted up to 5.9k. Its a good job I had the money sat there. Im so glad I went through with it though! They have been so helpful, very organised with appointments and transfers. My advisor Elizabeth was very helpful too. She always made sure I was thinking positive about the situation. Top clinic!

I went with high hopes of getting a new great smile in a short time. What I got was upsell on IMAX veneers and crowns that don’t look good. I don’t like the shape or color, smile is crooked and teeth look too short with translucent tips (which I mentioned since I saw them). This is not what I asked for. My trip was 100% paid by me, flight and hotels. I booked 10 days because I wanted to have extra time for adjustments, instead they delayed my treatment until my last day so I saw finals and cemented just hours from my flight home. Does it look better than not having veneers and showing the shaved down teeth? Yes, but I paid premium fees for substandard care. Waited long hours at the clinic while seeing new patients brought in before me. Coordinator was the “collector” I saw for first and last payment only. I never knew what was happening next. There was no communication with dentist or coordinator. I sent several messages but they said to communicate with coordinator but there was no number to contact him. I was kept in the dark. There was a feeling of hopelessness and that I had to accept whatever they wanted to do whenever they wanted it. Extremely UNHAPPY with results!!!!!

I had such a great experience at Omer Istanbul Dental Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the team was so friendly and welcoming. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has such a calm, comfortable atmosphere — it really helped ease my nerves.

My medical consultant contact from London was Zaho from the very beginning, she was very helpful with costings and explaining everything in detail, with images and videos to help me choose and make my decision to use Omer Istanbul, booking the Hotel which was close to the Clinic and organising the airport transfer..

Once arriving in Istanbul we was greeted with the team and medical Consultant Fafona was with us all through the treatment explaining the process of the treatment and translating with any issues we might have..
He was absolutely fantastic and made us feel comfortable..

Dr. Merve, the dental surgeon, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, made sure I felt at ease the whole time, and was incredibly gentle and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.

I left feeling so happy with my treatment and a great Smile, I’m happy with final result with my teeth as it looks so natural and was really impressed by the level of care I received.
I can’t recommend Omer Istanbul enough — if you’re looking for a dental clinic with exceptional service and a team you can trust, this is definitely the place to go!!
And Istanbul is an amazing City..
