Hello, I did on October 31 2023 a forehead reduction with steam cells injections with Dr. Cengizhan. I wanted to wait 2 months before writing a review so I can let my honest opinion. Since the day of my arrival I never got disappointed, everything went smoothly and with every small concern I got a fast reply of Nada, the assistant I got. The hospital staff as well as Dr. Cengizhan and his team were extremely caring and warm with me every single day, they made me feel like I was at home. I also planned to get a rhinoplasty but Dr. Cengizhan and also the lovely girls at his reception told me to not do it. A good surgeon is not someone who does good surgeries but also someone who has ethical and moral values and is not seeking money when the patients clearly don’t need a cosmetical retouch. Honestly, Dr. Cengizhan could not surprise me more, he let the bar really high, I honestly recommend everyone to get a forehead lowering reduction with him. I got 0 pain, the scar is almost not visible and thank to the steam cells I got a minimal hair loss shock during the first 2 weeks and then my hair was stronger than before the surgery. I also want to thank Mariem, my English translator at the clinic. She is highly professional, kind and speaks fluent English. She answered and cleared all my questions and was there whenever I needed her.

Più di quattro mesi fa, ho deciso di contattare la clinica per sottopormi alla diminuzione della fronte e al lifting del sopracciglio. Che dire, la miglior decisione che potessi mai prendere. Sono stata seguita nel pre e post operatorio dall’assistente Roquia, che oltre ad essere sempre disponibile, mi ha supportato anche psicologicamente e non mi ha mai fatta sentire sola, nonostante fossi andata lì da sola. Una persona molto umana. Il dottor Cengizhan Ekizceli ha fatto un capolavoro. Mi vergognavo molto della mia fronte alta e della mia attaccatura e non mi sarei neanche mai immaginata fosse possibile raggiungere un risultato così ottimale nel mio caso. Oltre ad essere un grandissimo professionista, ti sa mettere molto a tuo agio e sa ascoltarti. È un dottore molto dolce e il migliore per me. la cicatrice è davvero invisibile, nonostante io non sia stata sempre costante nell’applicazione della crema cicatrizzante. Non ho neancora la piena sensibilità nella parte alta della testa, ma per quello bisogna solo aspettare un po’. Tutto normale. Raccomando questa operazione e soprattutto questa clinica a chiunque viva un disagio con se stesso perché ora io mi amo molto di più. Grazie a tutte le persone bellissime che ho conosciuto in questa esperienza.

Thank you Nada 😊I came to Ehterian clinic from Toronto Canada and I was feeling anxious and worried as I was to perform a major operation away from home . The minute I met with Nada “ my medical consultant “ I felt relaxed and optimistic, we revised all my options over a nice cup of coffee and many smiles and a long nice talk . She introduced me to the other great team members of Ethterian and made sure I got all my questions answered and I feel welcomed and comfortable.Nada was always there to help and assist and to respond to my calls or concerns with the right decisions and actions day and night .She followed up with me before and after the surgery in a professional and caring way that would only be provided by family or close friends . She is still following up with me after I am done and came home asking how was my trip and how I feel now , reminding me to do massages in time and take my meds Thank you Nada so much and I know we will meet over there again for more procedures to be done at this amazing clinic with all the great team members ! Ehterian clinic is the best in İstanbul and Nada is a big asset in there .

the professional attention received during my treatment was phenomenal and very easy to follow. entire staff never missed a moment with new patient’s attentiveness . this clinic is very clean bright and people friendly. the post care is phenomenal even after my return to the states i feel like my translator (Arte) is still with me watching every move i make for a successful finish . my experience was so awesome my return trip in 2024 to finish my procedure is already scheduled. thanks Arte and staff for making my visit memorable fun!!!!!!! After my research I chose estherian to get my teeth done. It was a 2 part process as I have to get some few implants put in. The end result is amazing and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough from start to finish they reassured me everything will be okay and I will get the results I want as I was very nervous. Mustafa Ali Haykir made sure everything was perfect so if you are think about using them ask for Mustafa and you will be in safe hands. If I had to choose anything to pick on it would be the person wasn’t at the pick up point when I got to the airport but after 20 mins I finally found the person under the shelter over the road as it was raining.

It was a great to come here and do my hair transplant. The operation was good. I met post operation team Simge who explained me what’s going to happen for the coming months. She also gave me advice regarding what is going to happen after I go back to London. I met Nastalie who speaks Somali language and helped me and translated Turkish language to Somali which was very helpful. Overall, it was good experience to come here and I will recommend my friend to use this service
