It felt like anyone could come in and record without permission, which was quite uncomfortable. The clinic seemed overly focused on promoting their services, frequently recording every moment, even after expressing discomfort and requesting them to stop. This relentless promotion felt intrusive and disrespectful to personal boundaries.Another disappointing aspect was the aggressive push to purchase additional products. It seemed like the staff were more interested in upselling unnecessary products rather than focusing on patient care. This approach felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine concern for the patient’s well-being.Additionally, the translators provided didn’t offer much help. Communication was unclear, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening during the procedure. We were at Dentica last week and everybody was Nice and the staf is amazing. Before we went I had only contact them and only talked with Sandra and not knowing anything about the clinic but she was so proffesional an clear and helped us true everything. We came because of her and het information. When we arrived she still made site and checked if everything is fine en also Alexei helped us a lot.
