Our family traveled all the way from the United States to receive treatment at Prime Dent Istanbul, and I can confidently say — it was the best dental experience we’ve ever had.

Between myself, my wife, and our five children, we had a variety of complex procedures done — including tooth canals, crowns, and implants. I’ve personally seen more than a dozen dentists over the past 15 years, and to be honest, I never enjoyed those visits. Most of the time, they were painful, rushed, and left me with more anxiety than relief.

Prime Dent completely changed that.

From the moment we made contact, their professionalism, care, and attention to detail stood out. They didn’t just treat us like patients — they treated us like family. Every procedure was done with precision, care, and compassion. The communication was clear, the environment spotless and modern, and the staff — from the doctors to the coordinators — were nothing short of amazing.

One of the biggest highlights was that they helped arrange our stay at a beautiful 5-star hotel right across the street from the clinic. And the best part? The hotel didn’t bite the pocket like you'd expect. It was a fantastic deal — honestly, we wouldn’t have found anything better on our own. Having that level of comfort so close to the clinic made multiple visits and follow-ups incredibly convenient, especially with five kids in tow.

Now let’s talk cost: the level of work we received would have cost us three to four times more in the U.S. — easily. Yet at Prime Dent, we received world-class treatment at an affordable and transparent price.

Simply an amazing experience, got my hair transplant here, the staff is super professional and very kind, they took care of everything, i felt at home from the moment that i walked in. They did an amazon job, the surgery went smooth and the results are very good, couldn’t be happier. We spent 3 days in the clinic, we had all the help and the support of the staff, they were so caring and kind. Every questions or doubts that i had they were there to answer. I discovered Prime Dent on Instagram by chance while searching for a clinic to get 20 emax veneers. My goal was to achieve the most natural look possible – I didn’t want my teeth to appear overly shiny or fake. Before arriving, I had many concerns and doubts, as none of my friends had visited this clinic. I’m someone who pays attention to every little detail, so I was worried whether they could meet my high expectations.

However, from the moment I walked in, my experience far exceeded my wildest expectations. The approach to the patient was exceptional – everyone was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and did everything to ensure I felt comfortable. Dr. Burak has an incredible sense of aesthetics; like an artist, he focused on every small detail to get the perfect result. Despite coming to Istanbul for only a week, I never felt rushed during my treatment.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I truly believe it’s worth flying in from anywhere in the world to visit Prime Dent, as I’m sure no one will leave disappointed.

We went from UK for a hoilday and had whitening treatment and my daughter had a fixed retainer. The staff were great I booked an appointment via WhatsApp Excellent communication with receptionist. The dentist was highly trained Dr Ozkan all professional treatment and offered pick up from our hotel too. Highly recommend them they have 3 clinics.
