DHI transplant next month, still unsure about the hairline plan they sent

Quick background: I am 34, from UK, and I booked time off work in February for DHI Hair Transplantation but have not paid the full deposit yet. The clinic sent me a proposed hairline drawing on my photo. It looks okay maybe, but also a bit too straight? I asked if the doctor will adjust it in person and they said yes, consultation before procedure. I think I am overthinking because I read too many reviews. Some people say the WhatsApp team is not the same as the medical team, so now I want more direct confirmation. I asked for the doctor's name, number of grafts estimate, who does extraction/implantation, and what happens if donor area is not enough. They answered most questions but skipped the last one. Did anyone feel comfortable only after the face-to-face consultation, or should I push for more before flying? I don't expect guarantee, just want not to arrive and feel rushed with marker pen on my head.
