Is this normal?

Before my Botox deposit I asked who would answer if I had a question after the appointment, not only who takes payment. The clinic that gave me a simple timeline and the exact address felt much easier to trust.

I made a tiny checklist: deposit refundable or not, appointment time, practitioner name, translator if needed, and how to contact them after leaving. For Botox the hotel distance was not a huge issue for me, but I still wanted it close enough to avoid stressful transport.

I asked if the appointment address was the same place where the treatment happens. Sounds obvious, but one clinic had consultation in one building and treatment in another, and I only noticed from the map pin.
