I wrote down my questions last night and realised most of them are not medical questions, they are planning questions. For Cheek Augmentation, I am trying to understand who I actually talk to after I land, whether the hotel is close enough if I feel tired, and what happens after I fly home. One clinic sent a clean PDF but avoided the follow-up part. Another clinic sent messy WhatsApp voice notes but answered every small question. I am not sure which one should make me more confident.

Clean PDF is nice, but avoiding follow-up would worry me more than messy voice notes. After treatment you may be tired and not want to chase answers. I would ask both clinics to confirm the aftercare contact name, hours, and what support is available once you are back home.

solo traveller

I would choose the team that can explain follow-up clearly in writing, even if their messages are less pretty. Voice notes are fine, but before paying I would ask them to summarise the aftercare plan in text so you can check it later when you are tired or worried.
