Small red flag or am I just overthinking the coordinator messages before Zirconium Crowns?

I am planning from abroad and trying not to rush this. The travel part feels easy, but choosing a clinic for Zirconium Crowns is a lot. Did anyone make a checklist that actually helped, or did you just go with the team that felt most responsive?

My checklist had three columns: before payment, while in Turkey, after home. It made the gaps obvious. If they could not answer the after-home column without vague words, I kept looking.
