Airport transfer question

I am planning from abroad and trying not to rush this. The travel part feels easy, but choosing a clinic for Botox is a lot. Did anyone make a checklist that actually helped, or did you just go with the team that felt most responsive?

For Botox I used a small checklist: injector credentials, exact product name, price per area or unit, clinic address, transfer timing, and how to contact them if I had a concern after leaving. Responsive WhatsApp was nice, but I did not choose only from friendliness.

For airport transfer I asked for the driver's meeting point with a screenshot, not just 'we will meet you'. After a late flight, that small detail saved my nerves.
