Arm lift hotel stairs?

solo traveller
Maybe silly but I am checking practical things for Arm Lift. The hotel they suggested has no clear info about lift/elevator and I worry about arriving tired and carrying bag. Did anyone ask to change hotel because of recovery comfort? I feel awkward asking but also I will be alone.

Not silly. I asked for elevator confirmation in writing before deposit.

I changed hotel for a different procedure because the first one looked far from the clinic. Nobody acted offended. I just said I am travelling alone and need simple access, close pharmacy, and reception that can call a taxi if needed.
