Arm lift recovery with hotel stairs in March

I am planning an Arm Lift in March and travelling with my sister. The clinic package hotel looks fine, but the room photos show a few steps at the entrance and I keep thinking about silly practical things. Carrying luggage, washing hair, breakfast buffet, getting dressed. Maybe I am overthinking, but I had a breast reduction years ago and the first week was more awkward than painful. The quote says 6 nights in Turkey and one control before flying home. I asked about extra nights if I feel not ready and they said it is possible but did not give price yet. Did anyone regret booking the shortest stay? Also, how much help did you actually need from your travel companion after the first two days? I am not asking medical advice, just real life logistics because the clinic answers are very general.
