Blepharoplasty deposit paid, now second guessing my clinic choice for April

I paid a small deposit for upper blepharoplasty in April and now I am doing the classic panic research after already booking. I know, wrong order maybe. I chose them because communication was calm and they sent examples that looked natural, not too dramatic. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the hospital according to them, and they said I will have one face-to-face consultation before the procedure. The thing making me hesitate is follow-up. They say the doctor checks me the next day, then I can fly after a few days if everything is fine. But when I asked what happens if I have questions after returning home, the coordinator just said “we are always on WhatsApp.” That sounds nice but also vague. I have read people saying swelling can look uneven for a while, and I do not want to panic over every photo, but I also want someone to actually reply. For those who had eyelid surgery abroad, what questions did you ask before final payment? I am not asking if my eyes are suitable, only about the practical side. Like did you get a written aftercare plan, emergency contact, exact appointment times, things like that? I still have time to cancel but I do not want to overthink if this is normal.
