Did anyone else feel calm before paying the deposit but panic after flights were booked?

I was ready to book Breast Lift but now I am confuse again. Clinic A give price and say all included. Clinic B ask many question and say they cannot promise exact plan before doctor see photos. My friend say choose fast one because easy, but maybe slow one is more serious? I dont know. I only want understand if this is normal when planning from other country.

I felt the same after flights. Before payment it was like a project, after booking it became real. The clinic asking more questions is not automatically better, but I would trust the process more if they explain why they need those details.
