Feeling overwhelmed choosing a clinic for Afro-Hair FUE Transplantation

I was ready to book Afro-Hair FUE Transplantation but now I am confuse again. Clinic A give price and say all included. Clinic B ask many question and say they cannot promise exact plan before doctor see photos. My friend say choose fast one because easy, but maybe slow one is more serious? I dont know. I only want understand if this is normal when planning from other country.

For Afro hair I would be careful with anyone promising everything from one blurry photo. The clinic that asked me for clearer photos and history felt annoying at first, but later I trusted them more.
