For people who travelled with a partner, did the clinic actually help them too?

I maybe overthinking but I feel confused with offers for Rhinoplasty. One clinic reply in 5 minutes and other reply next day but more detail. Which one is better sign? Tiny thing, but write down every promise. You forget details quickly when you are nervous.

My partner came for rhinoplasty and the clinic helped with some things, but not everything. They included airport transfer for both of us and allowed my partner to wait in the lobby, but hotel meals and extra taxis were our responsibility. The slower clinic reply was actually more useful in my case because they explained visitor rules, translation, and check-up times. Quick messages are nice, but detail matters when two people travel.
