For people who travelled with a partner, did the clinic actually help them too?

This might sound basic, but how much should be included in a quote? Airport transfer, hotel, medication, follow-up messages, revision policy, all of that is getting mixed together. I would love to hear what others checked before saying yes.

I asked for a sample itinerary before paying deposit. It showed pickup times, hotel name, clinic visit days, and who my companion should contact if I was resting. That made the offer much easier to compare.
