Is a video consultation enough before Hollywood Smile?

waiting on photos
I was ready to book Hollywood Smile but now I am confuse again. Clinic A give price and say all included. Clinic B ask many question and say they cannot promise exact plan before doctor see photos. My friend say choose fast one because easy, but maybe slow one is more serious? I dont know. I only want understand if this is normal when planning from other country.

I would be careful with the clinic that promises everything before seeing enough photos or scans. For my crowns, the slower clinic asked more boring questions, but later there were fewer surprises. Video consultation was useful for planning travel and cost range, not for a perfect final plan. I liked when they wrote “may change after dentist examination” instead of pretending it was all fixed.
