Too many All-on-4 quotes

I am comparing All-on-4 Dental Implants for my dad and the prices are all over the place. One place sent a number in 10 minutes with no breakdown. Another asked for panoramic x-ray first and then sent a longer plan next day. I know the final plan can change after seeing the dentist, but how much detail did you expect before paying deposit? I am trying to separate normal “estimate” from vague sales talk. Also did anyone ask about temporary teeth, hotel distance, and follow-up in one message or is that too much?

For my All-on-4 quote I asked for what was included in writing: scans, temporary set, medication, hotel transfers, and how many visits. The clinic I chose was not the cheapest, but they answered like a normal person and did not push me to pay the same day.

The panoramic x-ray request is a better sign in my opinion. Not medical advice, just from shopping around, the very fast quote was also the one that kept adding “possible extra” later.
