Body Lift: what was the first week actually like?

I am planning from abroad and trying not to rush this. The travel part feels easy, but choosing a clinic for Body Lift is a lot. Did anyone make a checklist that actually helped, or did you just go with the team that felt most responsive?

I had the same feeling at first. What helped me was asking for everything in writing, especially what happens after you leave Türkiye. The clinic that answered boring practical questions clearly ended up feeling safer than the one with the prettiest Instagram.

I was nervous too. The best clinic call for me was not the fastest one, it was the one that explained what they cannot promise.

I think not stupid question. Package words can be confusing. Ask them to write exactly what is included and what is extra, even small things.

I made a spreadsheet but honestly the notes after each call were more useful. If a clinic made me feel rushed, I removed it.

Same here. I would also check reviews outside the clinic website. Not because every review is perfect, but patterns start showing up after a while.
