Same here. I would also check reviews outside the clinic website. Not because every review is perfect, but patterns start showing up after a while.
I think not stupid question. Package words can be confusing. Ask them to write exactly what is included and what is extra, even small things.
Do not ignore response quality. Mine replied fast before payment and slower after, which was stressful. If I did it again I would ask exactly who answers follow-up questions and for how long.
